1,5 meter society

As a result of the measures regarding the corona virus, we have had to temporarily close the doors of our hotel. Fortunately, it is already possible to stay with us for a short break by the beach. And it will be possible to organize meetings in our hotel from June 2th.

Your safety and that of our employees is paramount. We keep 1.5 meters distance. With a few measures we jointly create a safe learning and working environment. Both in the public areas and in the separate learning spaces.

Measures for a safe environment


  • Upon entering and leaving, we kindly ask you to disinfect your hands at the disinfection column. You can clean your hands in various places with disinfection gel.
  • There is a Plexiglass screen at the reception. We aim for a quick check-in! Is there still a short queue? Then please keep 1.5 meters distance from the other people in queue.
  • When checking in for an overnight stay, we ask you to fill in a breakfast form. The breakfast specially prepared for you will be ready the next morning on a table in the restaurant at the agreed time. Our employees in the restaurant guide you to the right table.


  • Our chefs work according to a strict hygiene protocol and wear protective clothing such as gloves and aprons, while preparing your meal.
  • Dinner is served in the restaurant. We also work with timeslots for dinner.
  • Our restaurant is furnished according to the 1.5-meter guidelines.
  • Lunch is prepared in the restaurant. You can compose a packed lunch yourself and take it to the learning room, to the hotel room or outside when the weather is nice. Lunch takes place in pre-arranged timeslots.

Learning rooms

  • The learning spaces are prepared with a distance of 1.5 meters between the seats. You always have a yardstick at your disposal in the learning space.
  • The learning spaces you use are large enough for the desired setup with a 1.5 meters distance. If another set-up is needed to guarantee the distance, we will contact you to discuss.
  • We have set up the ventilation systems in the learning areas and public areas to supply fresh air from outside and extraction from the room. The air supply per m3 and the extraction are balanced.


  • For breaks, time slots are agreed with the trainer or contact person. It is very important that each group adheres to these time slots.

Lounges and public spaces

  • In public areas we keep 1.5 meters apart. You will be made aware of this with stickers and lines.
  • Our cleaning team cleans all public areas and toilets hourly. When cleaning we also include the door handles, stair railings, tables and buttons of the coffee machines.


  • Our employees work according to a strict protocol with regards to any illness complaints.
  • Employees who come into contact with products from guests wear gloves.
  • Our employees regularly wash their hands with disinfectant soap and supervise the additional cleaning. They are also instructed in a healthy lifestyle.

Together we ensure a safe environment

With the above measures, we do everything we can to create a clean, spacious learning and working environment. We make it possible for you to keep 1.5 meters distance from others. However, we also ask all our guests to take responsibility themselves. Please observe the measures prescribed by the RIVM:

  • Wash hands regularly
  • Sneezing and coughing in the elbow
  • Use paper tissues
  • Do not shake hands
  • Keep 1.5 meters distance from others
  • Stay at home when you have complaints or symptoms of a cold and/ or fever
